After earning my Ph.D in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley, I worked in early childhood education teaching, developing, and directing programs for young children. I was an early employee at Google and created the first children's centers for their employees.  Upon my return from 3 years abroad with my family in Spain, I joined the faculty at Nueva School for gifted children where I worked for 13 years as the lower school social and emotional learning specialist. With over 30 years of experience in education, child development, and parent coaching, I empower parents and children to reach their full potentials.
